Discussed our idea with Kailash Nadh. Here's what we got from our discussion

The problem is genuine, and there is a need for such products
It's better to have an international focus rather than just India; SaaS market is not well established in India
NGOs can significantly benefit from these products as they are genuinely facing user research problems
Can only focus on self-hosting for now and put a cloud solution in the roadmap
