Introduction
FOSS United is a non-profit organization that supports the development and use of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) in India. Currently, we aren't funding projects directly from FOSS United but giving visiblity to the projects to get funding opportunities through our forum and Telegram.
Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a grant, you must:
- Be an individual or organization working on a FOSS project in India.
- Have a clear project plan that outlines the goals of the project and how the funds will be used.
- Be able to demonstrate a need for funding.
Co-sponsored grants
FOSS United allows organisations to co-sponsor specific FOSS projects and grants by providing a framework for fund disbursal and project management. Co-sponsored grants are executed with the combined approval of FOSS United and the grantee. If you are interested in co-sponsoring grants via FOSS United, please write to us.
