A customizable password manager that can store the passwords of the respective Accounts

All the google users will have a password manager with their account in the security section. But some users doesn't have a google account instead they're using other platforms. The common relation between them will be everyone will use a web browser so that we can make an extension for web browsers with which we can add features like password generation(by using sample() in random package in Python), we can even add a feature of taking a short note which the user always wanted to checkout in that specific website, we can add a time break reminder for the user's personalized settings.
