Initially...

Support user to intuitively add bookmarks and annotations to a video file.

Subsequently, while playing the video...

• Display previously added bookmarks on the timeline.
  
  • Allow the user to seek to desired bookmark in the timeline.
• Display annotations during the video playback.

Use-Cases :

• Making notes on a video for one own future reference.
• Adding commentary on a video to share/discuss it with others.

_{One way to implement this could be a VLC-Extension that allows adding/viewing the information as Chapter-Info, Custom Bookmarks and Subtitles to a video.}
