Medical Report Analyser

This project aims to develop a system that extracts essential data from the medical reports and provides patients with information about their health condition. Anyone can easily upload their medical report to this project and it generates an understandable explanation of the report and provides additional information about their current health conditions along with suggestions to keep them healthy.
